The Shepherd's Pie made with sweet potato topping is wonderful. Angelina 's locally sourced ingredients made the beef tender and tasty. The friendly atmosphere adds to the experience. I wish I lived closer and could dine here more often.

My wife is vegan, which makes life difficult to eat out in much of North Carolina. Angelina's has several vegetarian and vegan options and I can get other omnivore items. We use it for take out and it's fine, the owners are willing to do some off the menu, at least they did for us. We'll go back but probably... More

We love Angelina's. We feel like we are visiting her home. The food is simple and delicious . The egg lemon soup is to die for. I typically order the rice bowl with beef and fresh vegetables, but the homemade hummus sandwich is amazing too. If you get a chance to try the chocolate cake, don't miss it! Lots of... More

I love the restaurant, which is small and homey and serves exceptional food incorporating local, fresh, organic ingredients as much as possible. The catering service is first rate. I recently organized a memorial service and had refreshments made by Angelina's. Guests raved about the food, how tasty and lovingly prepared it was. It was an integral part of our event,... More

Went to pick up an order and it was wrong. So went back to get the rest of my order for my friends and I. It wasn't as good as people say it is. What's all the hype about? Drive up 15/501 to Frankln street and get some Real middle eastern good. It's called the middle eastern deli. The kabobs... More

Outside is great glass art, inside is always a local art exhibition. Someone will greet you with a big smile and be helpful about what you can have. Most often Angelina will be either in the kitchen or sitting at a table in the dining area. The food is the freshest I have EVER eaten and the menu is unique.... More

They use local meat, veggies and herbs, most of which is sustainably raised and grown. Greek style cooking with a flare for homestyle. Some desserts are gluten-free. Pick up local honey and other treats to take home. They make some excellent use of local hot peppers in many dishes. Very creative use of local food to update traditional Greek dishes.... More

A dedicated Farm to Fork family restaurant. John and Angelina bring both Greek and New Mexican cooking styles to the menu. The menu changes daily based on what the local farmers have available. Also everything is made from scratch allowing us to offer GF, vegetarian and vegan options with confidence.
