Back again. Habachi vegetables, pad thai, steak and chicken. We eat here a few times a year, and the whole family likes it. Well-located, clean, friendly and attentive staff. Staff with masks and gloves, and dining distancing measures in place, but we were the only...patrons wearing masks. Plenty of parking. Credit cards accepted.More

Our party mostly got the hibachi beef, portions were good, food taste was good, price reasonable but a lot of the beef was very fatty and not height quality.

When our daughters are home from college, they always want to go out to eat here. This is out go~to restaurant for Japanese food. The food is just really good, it's well~located, and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy your food.

The sushi and sashimi were okay but nothing to brag about. The salad with ginger dressing was so disgusting we couldn't eat it and asked for an alternative. The Beef Pad Thai was excellent.

Our family of five can always agree to dine here. We usually go for lunch/late lunch, but sometimes dinner. The food is always tasty, and the right temperature, plus good portions. We love the soup choice, and my son actually eats the salad. The vegetables...are well-seasoned, meat tender, and rice and noodles of a very good consistency. The servers are happy to explain how the food choices may differ from other Asian cuisines, and they are prompt with seating and bringing the check. It doesn't take long to be seated, or for food to arrive. The prices are good.More

This was a fairly standard Japanese restaurant, with Hibachi and Teriyaki style dishes and combinations. The food was of good taste, and ample quantity. I had the Hibachi steak and shrimp, which I found to be quite good. I especially liked their ginger dressing, which...had a bit of a sweeter taste than many other ginger dressings I have had in other Japanese restaurants. The building doesn't look that great from the outside, but it is worth getting past the facade. It is simply a converted former fast food restaurant location. We will return on our next visit to New Bern.More

My grandson had been with his friends and wanted to go back. Went with he and son in law for dinner and following grandsons recommendation ordered jumbo shrimp and vegetables. It was very good and service was excellent. Good choice!

We wanted steak but was very disappointed. The tea was great, the Hibachi was bland, the beef singapore was average, but the ice tea was great. The meal was not worth $30.00!

I really wanted to like this place, but Giza has far better food if you want Japanese. First I ordered the spider roll as an appetizer but I didn't receive it until it came out with my entree. The spider roll wasn't very tasty at...all and it was bland. The crab was very tiny as well. The shrimp yakisoba was a big disappointment. They used cooked spaghetti noodles instead of real soba. There may have been 6 small shrimp in it. The dish had very little flavor and I had to add a substantial amount of soy sauce to enjoy it. Service is a little hurried but okay. I will say it's very well priced but I won't be back.More
