The food here is very good and very affordable. The restaurant itself is nothing fancy, but it's not needed because the food is so good.

We arrived Sunday around 6 and were seated right away. We ordered hibachi and were very pleased with our steak selection as it was cooked nicely. The ginger dressing for the salad was a bit sweater than expected but all in all, very good. Our waiter was very conscientious and refilled our drinks continually.

I went for sushi and saki Sunday afternoon. It was wonderful. The food was great and the service was nice. The sushi portions were great and tasty. It was quiet on Sunday afternoon and would actually have been a great date spot.

Very fresh sushi! I sat at the sushi bar and ate lunch. You could tell that everything was so fresh and well done.

I tend to visit this restaurant when I have a yearning for tempura. I especially like the mixture of shrimp and vegetable tempura. Bulk can be added by ordering a plate of fried rice, All of the food is tasty and well prepared.

They make, by far, the best sushi in town! The chicken hibachi is excellent, also. Pair the sushi with the seaweed salad, and you've got a terrific lunch. Lea

My favorite sushi place in New Bern. This place is owned by the same owners of Musashi's. I love the vietnamese eggrolls for starter (comes with 2 eggrolls) for about $5. It is worth it - give it a try. I also love the firecracker roll, which is super spicy! They have really good quality food at much lower prices... More

The restaurant is not a hibachi restaurant. Ask for a table in the sushi room, and you can see them make your food. The service is very fast and the food is wonderful. The best part is the hibachi restaurant food, but at an upscale fast food price. GREAT value for your dollar. The only draw back is when you... More

We spent Memorial weekend in New Bern and found this place on Trip Advisor. The food was delicious, hibachi is one of my favorites. I had the filet, shrimp & chicken. We ordered takeout so that we could go back to our hotel and enjoy the riverview and sunset. The takeout service was fast and efficient and the food was... More

The sushi sashimi platter was very good served with a ginger dressed iceberg lettuce salad, and miso/chicken broth soup. The non-sushi lovers had steak and shrimp with rice. All 6 people were very pleased with their meal. The surprising thing was how reasonable.
