The food is good for the price, and it is always the same quality. The fries are probably my favorite, right up there with the ever changing muffin selection. Great place to stop through and grab a quick bite.

We were intrigued by the name and stopped in for breakfast deciding to forego the "free" hotel breakfast. Everything we had was good and would certainly go back to try other options. Very good coffee also.

When I walked in the lady at the register never greeted me. She looked so hateful, and when I walked up to the counter she should stood there instead of asking me if she could take my order so I looked at her and finally she asked if my order was for there or to go, and she wasn't friendly... Not that long ago this business was kinda "down home", mostly a drive-thru breakfast joint, with good biscuits, gravey, and the occasional sausage. Now, they seem to have graduated to the next level of big business, and now remind me of a BK, Mc, or Wendy's. Perhaps it's me, but the food now doesn't seem so good. The prices certainly... More

Have had many breakfast stops here and have never been disappointed. Service is usually good and they never botch an order. Biscuitvilles nowadays offer many options but gotta have a biscuit at a place called Biscuitville! They are all good. Great coffee. This one has been around a long time but well maintained.

had never been here before so we stopped. Had to wait in line, very busy, but well worth the wait. The biscuits were made in front of you and were some of the best I've had, fruit was cold and fresh, eggs were made just right and were hot.

Try the chocolate muffins, they are goood. I could see the restaurant from my motel and noticed the drive thru was endlessly filled with locals ... always a good sign. I was not disapppointed.

I would classify this as a "fast food" restaurant. We visited on a Saturday morning around 10:30am. It was not very busy at the time. The service was a bit slower than I am accustomed to, however, it meant that the food was fresh off the grill. The value for the food was reasonable and the food was very good.

Biscuitville in Mount Airy, NC is a great place to go for breakfast. They keep it very clean and the prices are reasonable. The food tastes great. We went for Mayberry Days. On Sunday morning, when most everyone was leaving to go home, the restaurant was extremely crowded and they ran out of grits. That was a little unusual I... More

Pistachio muffin was to die for. Biscuits are really good and fresh. We actually ate there 3 times during out week stay.
