We've visited several times, and while the food has always been decent the service always seems to come up a little short. They really missed the mark tonight. We had dinner with some friends, for a total of seven in our party. We were seated right away and the chips and salsa came promptly, and our orders were placed shortly... More

I went here the other night with the family. I normally eat here at least once or twice a week. I had ordered a particular fajita. I had waited a little bit but they brought one out to me and I noticed it was the wrong one. I noticed it bit didn't say anything. But then the waiter came to... More

Decided to go out and grab a bite to eat. We usually go to the Mexican restaurant in Beaufort with the same name. Didn't want to drive to Beaufort so we stopped in Morehead. We had a good meal, good drinks , the service was good and we enjoyed our overall experience.

My fiancé and I wanted to eat somewhere that we could stay in the sun because it was such a nice day so we chose Plaza Mexico due to their large patio space. We already loved the atmosphere and Angelica made our dining experience even better! Great guacamole and chimichangas too!

Very pleasant experience - my waiter Paulino was very pleasant and attentive. Brought me my drink quickly and my appetizer was huge. The Taco salad was also very good and huge. If anything could be said to be wrong it was that the portions were too big.

Great place to meet friends for a drink and cheap eats! They have daily drink specials including the giant margarita which is big enough for two.The best part of Plaza Mexico is the wonderful wait staff and other employees! They go out of their way to be helpful and accommodating to everyone!

Had supper with my son, who loves Mexican food. He loved the food, except for vegetables in the rice. I ordered chori pollo, and got something similar, but not chori pollo. The food was decent at best. Nothing special, but edible. Had to ask for more chips and salsa. The bill was 27 dollars with tip for only 2 of... More

The food here was pretty good. Typical Mexican restaurant food. I chowed down on the chips and salsa, very addictive. I ordered the vegetarian #12, cheese enchilada, bean burrito, and chile relleno. I've never had a chile relleno with what I am assuming was sweet potato? It was definitely different. When I asked for sour cream they brought bag a... More
