The owner is a (bad word) and doesn't like to be told when his kitchen messes up. Most places will take care of you and work with you. This guy will come out and read you the riot act. Don't be fooled by the appearances......More

We cruise the ICW and always find the Ruddy Duck for lunch. Mooring the boat at the dock behind the restaurant is easy and convenient. Really good food at decent prices. Friendly staff and always busy. We'll be back soon.

Love eating at this restaurant! Menu is varied, fish is fresh, service is friendly, prices are moderate and atmosphere is fun. Couldn't ask for more, right on the water! Very crowded over the summer months so call for reservations.

I wont say it was bad but it sure wasn't up to what we were expecting. I got grilled mahi and steamed veggies. The mahi was great, the veggies were no where near cooked. She got grilled shrimp, they were cold. For the cost, we...More

Were seated inside. Very loud and the table was situated so that our waiter could not get to everyone. We had to yell across the table. To make it more difficult, our waiter had a heavy Spanish accent which made him hard to understand. Hence,...More

Several people told us we should try this place when we visited the area. The back deck is nice with a view over the water. It was very crowded on our 2nd night there (45 min wait on a Sat nite) so we ate at...More

Loved the relaxing view of the water and being able to sit outside in the shade. Food was good and average priced.

Was there off season and was not full, but busy. There are docks for people who arrive by boat as well. My guess is summer is busy.
