Great fish tacos! Meats are high quality and everything was really fresh! A great choice in Highlands for a casual lunch.

My husband and I were walking around and needed a bit to eat. Pescados was a small, local restaurant which served tacos and burritos. I had the shrimp burrito, hold the rice, extra beans and all the yummy toppings.. it was AMAZING. my husband had a shrimp taco and a chicken taco... they too were remarkable. we enjoyed the sauce... Been coming to Pascado's for years. This was the first place I ever had a "real" burrito made fresh in front of me with exactly what I want and with fresh ingredients. Yumm...I'm thinking about my next visit as I write.

We had some very good tacos, which we got for take-out, at this nice, clean, little place that is, I think, only open for lunch. Good price, good food.

Small and clean. Family friendly. You go to counter and order your entree item (taco, burrito, quesadilla, etc) and then tell the staff what you want on it. Good Variety of toppings. Hubby said the spicy pico was excellent.

They take such care to have a restaurant so clean you could almost eat off the floor. Sadly, the food is a disappointment. Need to update recipes.

Busy but very good mexican restaurant in Highlands. Lunch crowd had many locals and also many Hispanics which I took as a very good sign. Each table had spicy, mild, or hot sauces to put on the burritos, tacos or whatever. Very friendly staff eager to help. Even a few tables outside. Nice place for lunch.

The joint was jumpin' yesterday for lunch. Everything was fresh, hot and really tasty. The staff was VERY efficient and moved your order along very quickly. The beer was COLD and the burritos hot! Definitely would do this again.

NICE and fresh and great tasting food. Like many places in town, you go to the counter to order, but it works here, unlike some other places in town. Owner is sweet guy and he puts out great food.

We stopped in for lunch and were amazed with the burritos. Made to order with choice of everything, they were better than Chipotle. Good choice of soft drinks and a super clean and attractive restaurant. Great choice for lunch.
