The restaurant offers large comfortable booths and has a cozy quiet atmosphere. Our server appeared right away to take our drink orders. She had a good knowledge of the menu and easily answered our questions- this was our first time at this restaurant. We all loved the many options of mild or spicy food and the different menu items. The... More

The staff is attentive and friendly. I have eaten here many times and try to alternate between this restaurant and Lime Leaf which is my favorite. The pad thai is very good and occasionally they have an interesting appetizer. I do not recommend their mee krob as they serve the standard variety with the sticky red sauce. Their curry dishes... Thai Spice has an L-shaped dining room with a separate bar area. The restaurant is large but the shape masks this and makes for a cosy atmosphere. Food was excellent and the restaurant is obviously popular with local residents; perhaps tourists have not discovered it because it is a block away from Main Street and sports bars.

Sorry, I really don't like giving a negative review but we got take out here and it was less than impressive. The pad Thai and pad siew were very bland, almost like eating boiled chicken and noodles, the sweet and sour was way over cooked to where the vegetables were mush and the eggplant basil while the taste was good... The menu is pretty standard for a Thai restaurant. My husband ordered the Tom Kha Gai large portion to share. It was quite tasty, and I would recommend it. We then shared the Pad Thai and Massaman curry. We ordered them medium spicy, and we both thought they were kind of bland. Very nice presention though. The service was excellent.

Thirteen of us held a meeting and had lunch here - we were attended by three servers, and the food was served hot and in a timely manner.

Enjoyed the PadThai ? entree and enjoyed the entree my companion chose too. It was a pretty place, friendly staff, plenty of food at a good price. I would return there for another meal. You can choose your level of heat/spice which is nice and doesn't limit your choices.
