Stopped for lunch and was shocked how nice it was. We split a sandwich and it was fresh and tasty. The pecan pie was the best I have ever had. Got some treats and loved everything. Will definitely be back.

Went there with my wife looking for something sweet to snack on. Wow, plenty to pick from, very friendly staff . We had the cherry and cheese kolacky, loved it.

My family and I moved here 3 months ago and have been trying different local restaurants. I had the apple gobbler panini and it was excellent. The best sandwich I've had since moving here. Big variety of bakery items that look fantastic. Will try those next time!

Have purchased several baked goods from here, the best being the coconut cake. Cookies are good, pastries are just ok. Very friendly staff, cute place, with free wifi.

My kidsister and I absolutely love this place. Their cookies and cakes are the best in town and I always enjoy the quiche if I am there for lunch. W

Decided to come here instead of our annual Dunkin Donuts for Christmas Morning. Everyone seemed pleased with their choices and enjoyed their treats. They tasted fresher and I enjoyed the nice clean atmosphere. I will be back

I know this is labeled as a bakery, but the Turkey and bacon panini is one of the best I've ever eaten. The garlic and herb bread was exceptional and really completed the sandwich. I didn't get the Bistro sauce, so I'm not sure how that would have changed things. But the fresh home made pita chips and eclair completed... More

You just have to try it. The best semolina bread in Johnston county. The danish is simply yummy and the italian pastries just wanna make you smile. It's been a long time coming. So happy they came to Clayton.

I tried the Clayton Bakery & Café after getting a groupon for a pastry and drink. I'd read about their use of fresh, local ingredients and was excited to try a new spot close to home. First - though they advertise soup & sandwich specials in their window, there's nothing posted with lunch items when you enter, only coffee drinks... More

A hidden surprise in clayton. A local business, which is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The desserts are good to look at and very tasty. I had to restrain myself from trying to buy it all. I would have gave it five stars but they didn't have any cinnamon buns left (lol).
