Had dinner there on 12/10/16. The restaurant was half full. The waiter advised us that the kitchen was very busy...guessing from take out orders. Service was slow and the food was average. Now the odd stuff...the music playing inside was the same song over and over and over. And...they have a sign in the men's restroom saying please flush only... More

One of the worst Chinese restaurants I've ever been too. Find something/anything else but this! The food is greasy and overly salted. (Not sure if they use MSG, but wouldn't be surprised.) I think the only reason they have been around so long is that there isn't much competition from other Chinese restaurants in that area.

Took over 2 hours to be delivered and one single dish was $24 and change delivered. Horrible value. But if you must then, order without MSG if possible. If not, I strongly advise against this one.

This Chinese restaurant has been around for as long as I can remember. It's your standard old school Chinese restaurant with the familiar dishes. It's good, but nothing special.

This place has been hit or miss for us, but it's close and convenient so we've come back a few times. It's not the best chinese food I've ever had, and we did get really dry fried rice before, but I got it yesterday and the pork fried rice was actually a huge portion, had lots of pork, and really... We found a deal on local flavors and decided to visit this restaurant. Great combination of Chinese and Japanese. The Hibachi Chicken was great and the Singapore Rice Noodles. The service was great! Very sweet people!

Pleasant experience with owner/servers willing to help. But the menu reads better than the meal. If you are looking for average food, this might be the place.

My favorite Chinese restaurant in Charlotte comes as close as NC can to any restaurant in San Francisco. Great spices, flavorful sauces with perfectly cook vegetables and not oily. I love when all the ingredients are fresh, clean and not disguised so you have no idea what your eating. These folks are from New York and Chinatown has great restaurants... More

My visit to Shun Lee was on a Thursday at lunch during the last week in April. Our visit initially was off to a pleasant start. We had no wait to be seated. Our waiter took our drink orders and he seemed familiar with the menu and answered a few questions for us. Our food came out in minimal time.... More
