I must add that i discovered this wonder, after watching the TV show Diners- Driveins and Dives. Food is EXCELLENT. Good Service as well. Desert takes the cake. Surprised to see that the TV show was Correct in their review for a change!! i wish the folks who run this place nothing but best!

While I know I'm not perfect, neither is this place. But it could be! They claim to serve farm fresh and locally sourced products. The sweet potato ravioli was scrumptious. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Mahi dinner, his only complaint, the sautéed spinach needed something. My shrimp and grits was overloaded with Texas Pete. I like Texas Pete, but it's... More

Small old house. Bar. Food selection interesting, different. Sort of vegetarian. My salad was not special by any means. Dinner partner enjoyed the crab cake and veggie pasta. Menu online. Suggest checking it before going to facility.

Triple D restaurants are my hobby as I travel for work. 300 East has limited parking and is not the easiest to find since it was a house and blends into the other converted houses to businesses. It was worth the effort. I order the hanger steak and it was very good, cooked as ordered (rare). We had a great... More

Loved the quaintness of this restaurant and the farm to food concept. Was very surprised that this high quality restaurant forgot to put the quinoa on my "kale and quinoa" salad. It took me quite a while to get the servers attention tell her I was missing the quinoa. I'd probably still give this place another chance just because I... More

Went to 300 E. on a Friday night. They were busy but not overwhelming. The highlight of the evening with our service, she was very good. The food was just OK and it was quite noisy.

This was the last day in Charlotte and just before heading out to the Airport, our American host took me and our Swedish Account Director to this place for lunch. The place was crowded, but even so quite welcoming. Service was efficient and friendly but the food was the real hero here. I got one of the Salads (Fall Salad)... More

The brunch pizza is fabulous. We had that, along with bloody Mary's and the frittata of the day followed by beignets. Always a great, happening place.

Very nice restaurant in a nice house. Two levels and a parking spot aside the restaurant. Good food, and try the Union soup delicious. Wines good selection and acceptable price levels.
