By far the best BBQ I've had in Charlotte. I tried the ribs for lunch and really enjoyed them! It's a fun atmosphere and easy to get to with a parking lot in the building.

Prior to going to the Spectrum Center, we went to this restaurant to grab a bite. The portions were huge, and my ribs were very good. I've never had ribs with so much meat. My stepdaugher and I split a rack of ribs, and between the two of us, we could only eat a half rack. I bought a basket... More

Stopped by for dinner on a Friday night. Great sauce selection I reccomend ordering sauce on the side to sample the different sauces. The brisket and ribs combo was delicious.

Stopped in for a beer and a couple of take-out meals. The service was good and the beer was cold. We got pulled pork and brisket. Both were tasty. For sides, we got slaw, Mac and cheese, collards and baked beans. Everything was very good. I recommend Queen City Q.

The food was great, our server was really friendly, and it is across the street from the Holiday Inn. The only thing I did not like was when I checked my credit card, someone had charged my card twice for the total amount of the bill. I was visiting from out of town and was not happy to see that... I had the qban and it was fantastic! The pulled pork in the sandwhich was amazing and some of the best I have ever had. I ate at several places in charlotte on a business trip, this place was the only one I would return to.

At a recent convention meeting, I decided some North Carolina barbecue was in order. Queen City Q was in walking distance, so we gave it a try. Glad we got to sit outside; others have noted the sports bar atmosphere inside, which is not quite what I want with barbecue. I had the pulled pork platter. The fried okra was... More

i visited saturday night with out-of-town guests who wanted great BBQ. i have been to QCQ many times and have always loved it. this visit will probably keep me from coming back. someone had rented out the whole dining room so we waited for a high top in the bar. a small group of drunk men were so obnoxious to... Stopped in here after a ride on the Funny Bus for takeout. I can't recommend the pulled pork platter enough. Best mac and cheese and baked beans around too! Tasty assortment of barbecue sauce on bar that bartender will give you a cup to take whatever you want for your food.

Service is good here and so is the food. The atmosphere is rather like a sports bar. The sauces offered are rather thin; I prefer a thicker sauce but that is just personal preference. There is nothing at all wrong with the taste. They offer a nice selection of side dishes. We would probably visit again if in the area.
