The restaurant is a Brauhaus style, open concept with long tables in the center and private tables along the walls. The beer is the best we've had in the US outside of Germany. The Pilsner was excellent. The food is traditional German wurst and potato...More

Though we brought kids ages 2 to 13, it was not a problem (lots of parents with kids). You can feel comfortable taking your family here. Food was good and the beer of course was fresh and delicious. Go for the pretzels with beer cheese...More

Pretty funny place, only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 is because place was so packed I couldn’t find a table and you can’t order food unless you have a table.

Came here with a group of business associates after work. Service was great, beer was really good and the food we had was good. I would come back.

Great time at OMB tonight with my daughter and my sister. They both live in Charlotte. This place is my sisters favorite brewery in the area. Her favorite beer is Copper. My daughter and I️ both got the Hornet’s Nest and really liked it. Food...More

Their Copper is their flagship, a Dusseldorf style alt. Sausages, German potato salad, crispy fries, all excellent. Service was just finished on a busy Saturday night.

We got to this place around noon on a Friday. This place is huge. While it wasn't busy at all when we went, I could see it getting very crowded as people start to trickle out of work for happy hour or on the weekends....More

Not exactly Munich but a refreshing place to go for some beers... nice that they let you sample a few before you buy as I only like certain beer and this was a way to not waste. FOOD was fantastic... nicely cooked and fairly quick...More

It depends how stuffy and old the people coming are. If you are relatively young and/or open minded, I'd say yes. Congratulations and have fun.
