Filled with character , taste and utter goodness . This place is dreamy . From the decor to the food to the coffee . To watching the bakers bake the treats 😍 the staff member who served me was rude and seemed very pissed off but it still was a great place and i enjoyed it

Great desserts, coffee and light lunches. Food is excellent but the ambience is what you go there for. The location is in NODA which is an up and coming area in Charlotte and the atmosphere is wonderful, with cozy areas to sit and enjoy the aromas coming from all the baked goods. Highly recommend.

This is one of those places that confirm that Charlotte is growing not only in size, but also in soul.

An eclectic NODA bakery and coffee shop, the decor is fun, the desserts delectable. I enjoyed an afternoon treat after visiting art shops; my son has gone there for dates. Highly recommended

Too bad I cannot afford the calories to have taken one of each of the items in the bakery cabinets. My wife had a Strawberry tart and I had a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with sausage, egg, spinach and provolone. If I go back to Charlotte, I will be picking up something good from there again.

This is my favorite place to go for a light meal and amazing desserts. I have regular meetings with friends and out of town guest. The ambiance is spectacular.

Delicious food, very crowded at lunch time. They have expanded from original eclectic locale "NoDa" (North Davidson area of Charlotte).

This location of Amelie's is definitely the most fun and eclectic - odd and end pieces of slightly shabby furniture and decor but even if that puts you off (and it shouldn't - all part of the kooky vibe), you'll forget about it as soon as you bite into one of their many pastries - prepared on-site or locally at... We had just eaten an early dinner at another establishment just up the road and decided that what we needed was a French boulangerie to finish our evening off. Having heard of Amelie's that was where we headed. As you walked in it just exuded Frenchness; pastries, baguettes & strong coffee. No one was smoking Gauloise cigarettes but I'm sure... More

At the first moment I was surprised because of the strange interior of this place . After a while when we ordered and had our seats I started to like it . When I tried the chocolate pastries I started to love it .
