This was our first time EVER at a Brazilian Steakhouse and it was great. The service was impeccable, and the food was amazing. Its a little pricey but it was well worth it and I would def. go back again and again. Next time I plan a group outing we are most def. coming to Chima's. I normally don't do... More

We took our son and daughter here for his 21st birthday. It was our second time dining here, but our children's first. If they could, this would be dinner every night. Excellent service, great food, no rush to eat, or even to pay the check. Waiter mentioned eating some cantaloupe when you feel the "meat sweats"! LOL it worked! Best... More

The staff is so warm and truly excited to make your evening the best that it can possibly be. They are educated on the restaurant, menu offerings as well as the best way to explain the Brazilian dinning experience. When your here there are so many different offerings that you may not want to eat for the entire day before... More

To start off, the service we received was impeccable. Our server Chris was pleasant and funny. This was what I would call and upgraded salad bar. From endive salad to butternut squash soup to fresh asparagus. As a self proclaimed foodie, this was the best salad bar I've ever been to. After we finished our salads, on came the meat.... More

This place puts you into a meat coma, but that is a very good thing. Wonderful place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. You can make an excellent meal from the salad bar alone but please don't take too much. Because after that the meat just keeps on coming. It doesn't stop until you say so with the red dot.... More

I believe it was $54 per person for the AYCE. The meat was mostly very good, and the salad bar was pretty decent, but it's pretty hard to justify $54/person I would like to give it 3 1/2 stars, but since that's not possible, 3 stars barely wins over 4, mostly because of price

Chima works with certified Angus beef, the best quality meats! The price is pretty good compared to other nice restaurants that charge more than $54 for a single order of 8 ounces filet mignon, and extra for each side. At Chima you are able to try 16 different meats, over 30 options on the salad bar and 5 sides for... More

Positives first: Close to any of the convention hotels, Easy and safe to walk to. The guys that bring around the meat were courteous and let you know what the meat was and let you chose the degree of done ness and served accordingly. They made the experience successful. Huge salad/side dish bar with anything that you could want as... More

We visited for the first time to celebrate our 1st anniversary. It was very elegant and the service was exceptional! The salad bar was so delicious and fresh, the meat kept coming out and we had to actually turn our card over a couple of times to take a break from eating. Most of the meat is medium however, if... This was the best restaurant I have ever been to! The cultural variety of food is great, the service was awesome, the environment is beautiful, just an all around awesome experience. It's pricy, that's just being honest, this is not a cheap night out, but it's so worth it!
