This Asian Fusion restaurant is awesome! They have a great appetizer menu with lots of shareable options. Spring rolls are the best! Great entrees as well and surprisingly wonderful desserts. Would highly recommend. Tip: sit in the back near the bar a great vibe!

We loved Lantern. Modern and warm. Delicious food that is essentially Asian fusion. The catfish was fantastic.

I come here often with friend and clients and have never been disappointed. When they ask what kind of restaurant it is, and what type of food they serve...and you say its kind of Asian fusion with a Southern meld...you kind of just get the...More

My husband and I ate at Lantern for our anniversary. He ordered two starters which were more than enough for a meal. The Chaat was one of the best side dishes I have ever eaten. It is extremely flavorful and very healthy. The Korean fried...More

The menu is not lengthy but it is unusual, a fusion of Asian flavours, prepared and served with real care. The whole Vietnamese style fish was surprisingly delicious and the wine our server selected was a perfect complement. The panna cotta and persimmon pudding were...More

We visited Chapel Hill to see my wife's college roommate (from more than 50 years ago) and took her out to dinner. The Lantern Restaurant was her first choice for a place, and it was very good, although we were a little concerned about the...More

This place is amazing. It's a small place so make reservations if you want to get it. It's a favorite Chapel Hill spot for sure. I had the pork chops and they were awesome. Fun drink options at this place too.

Had a family dinner here while visiting the campus. Everything we ordered was quite good including spring rolls, chicken and soup. Cocktails also quite nicely prepared.

This restaurant has an unusual menu. The menu changes often and they use a lot of local products. It is small but interment. Some entrees have unusual condiments. It was pretty good but not somewhere I would frequent.

Hello Paul, Sorry I just caught your question. It would probably be $20 per person entree, not counting appetizers or dessert. So $300 estimate without tax or tip.
