The food was good. I got the filet and my husband got the seafood special which was snapper with crabmeat and shrimp. His was excellent. All sides are a la carte. We got the corn and it was good, but very heavy. The food did...seem slightly overpriced. One of the waiters was not wearing a mask, and that is not acceptable. If you make me wear a mask, then your staff should be masked as well.More

This is a very small place but that makes it even more charming. It has excellent cocktails and a small but sufficient wine list. I had the fish special which was basically red snapper prepared like the trout in their trademark dish trout Winslow. My...wife had the trout Winslow. Both were over the top good. I don’t think I could visit Cashiers without stopping here to get this dish. Need reservations though. Service was very friendly and helpful.More

We were one of the first to be seated and we were seated in the winery next door. Supposed the impact of social distancing. Clearly they are connected. Little awkward at first but our waitress was attentive and the food outstanding. I had the Crabmeat...Owens. We are from Maryland and never get crab out of our state since Maryland crab and Old Bay are a serious duo for Marylanders. However, I gave it a shot and was NOT disappointed. Is get it again. Husband got Trout Winslow which was topped with large lump crab. He declared that his favorite dish foe the week. We’ve been to some nice places, so that’s saying quite a bit! We topped it off w dessert, key lime and a carrot cake. Both perfect. Delicious!More

Difficult to find, hidden away (I guess reflected in the name). Located behind the Wells Fargo Bank. We were in the area for a week and had decided to visit a different restaurant each night. This one rates a second visit for sure! Service was...excellent, food was the best we found in Cashiers. The Ceasar salad was excellent. Steak was cooked to perfection, so tender and flavorful! My husband had the trout, loved it. Definitely a favorite of all our restaurants in the area.More

Got seated in a room next to the main restaurant and it is terrible. Nothing good, eating in your car is better. The Winslow’s trout was really bad and this was their specialty. So disappointing could not wait to get out of there and back...to HighlandsMore

The dinner was superb!!! Started with Winslows crabcake and delicious romaulade sauce and chunks of fresh crab. Delmonico charred perfectly and very flavorful . Yummy creamed spinach. Grilled lamb chops grilled to perfection. Oh and Winslows own Keylime pie with a perfect crust. Set up...on the table with our American flag. . We will be back!More

We made reservations for dinner during our family vacation. I was a little disappointed they were out of both Prime Rib and the Mac-n-cheese but the rest of the menu did not disappoint. Being from south Louisiana, we know great seafood so I was a...little skeptical. Winslows hit it out of the park. We divided and conquered the menu so we managed to get almost a little bit of everything. The fried lobster tail was the bomb. The French onion was AH-MAY-ZING. It was all DELISH!! Yes they are operating at 50% and yes they move a little slow but trust me.....its worth the wait!! Get a bottle of wine, sit back and relax. You'll love it!More

Awful service because we were gay. Treat everyone with respect. All dollars spend the same - frankly gay Americans have more disposable income than any other groupMore

Hey sir, If you are referring to the shuffle of tables when we got you sat, it has nothing to do with you preference. We had a long time customer show up early, and he was upset with having to sit on a smaller table...More

Don't waste your money. This place is a lot of hype, but no follow through. I ordered their best dishes (stone crab, outlaw rib eye etc) all I can say is my 15 year old daughter knows how to cook better. It's not quality product...and they cover it up with too much seasoning.More

First, their menu does not “stink”. But it does change. You will not be disappointed eating there. Just give the place a try, and I don’t think you will be disappointed. And, if you don’t like the menu, you can just leave.

You do need a reservation. It's a quaint little hidden gem with tables that are limited. They do have a full bar. I dont think they have posted a menu with prices, but who gives a darn when you know you just had a great meal... More

I would make a reservation summer or winter. While dining in December, the waiter indicated they become busy starting in mid January and it continues through the summer.
