Many full service restaurants have BBQ as good (or better) and are more reasonably priced. Would come back for a quick sandwich, but not for a sit-down family dinner. Sausage was disappointing.

The ordering process is ridiculous - standing in line because they only operate one cash register and do NOT offer table service. The restrooms are so so in terms of cleanliness, though the signs in the mens room are funny. The food has never been...More

Hey there! We're so sorry to hear our que was disappointing. We pride ourselves on our award-winning BBQ and it sounds like we missed the mark. We'd love to have you back in for a meal on the house, email me at rach@citybbq.com :)

The food here was tasty enough. But I felt the portions were rather skimpy for the price. Nice BBQ-like atmosphere. Plenty of paper towel rolls to wipe your hands clean during and after the meal. If you're on a diet but want to enjoy BBQ...More

Heard a lot about this place and its food. Went with family and a friend visiting from overseas. Almost every selection comes with bread buns, which seems to be typical of southern food. The meat trio for 2 people isn't enough if you don't eat...More

Was introduced this by a client who wanted me to try North Carolina barbecue. The food was soooo good. Hush puppies were awesome. Place was clean. Staff was very friendly and assisted with recommendations of what to order. Great place!

Took out of town family - they absolutely loved the food, especially the sides! You cannot skimp on the sides with BBQ or fish, at least in the South! I think I have tried all the meats and love them all. Can't go wrong!

Not that I saw. The main dining area probably holds 50 people. I believe they have an outdoor area that was sealed off for the winter when I ate there. Maybe that is an option? Good luck. Food was great.
