We had the fish and chips, and a Killarney boxty. French onion soup too. Everything was fresh and tasty including the potato croquettes and haricot vert. Local pints were on special, and served well poured and ice cold.

Great local bar! Fast service. I enjoyed the Ruben and French onion soup! Super friendly staff. Short wait for a table but the beer was cold while I waited.

I wish I'd found this place earlier. The corned beef and cabbage was delicious and the atmosphere reminded me strongly of the pubs I visited in Galway. Will definitely return and recommend.

Average food! Food is pre-cooked and packaged. Seemed like it was heated in microwave. Salmon was okay. Corn beef and cabbage had no flavor. Guinness was poured to quickly, and was half foam.More

I've been to Doherty's twice and enjoyed it both times. The food was very good (including the chocolate mousse). The menu is nicely varied, a little different from most local spots, and the food is nicely prepared. Staff is friendly.
