I am a coffee-snob! I fresh-grind my own coffee by hand each morning and prepare it with great attention to detail in my French Press. Since my first taste of the Choo Choo's freshly roasted coffee beans 3 years ago I stopped ordering gourmet coffees online. I am grateful to know the coffee that I buy there has usually been... This is a well-stocked shop with plenty of variety. A great stop, something for everyone including locally-made products.

This is the gift shop , and train museum for the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad. In the back corner is the coffee shop. You will know it's in there though, because the smell catches you as soon as you open the door. Very good specialty hot and iced coffees and lattes. Perfect for taking on a train ride , or... More

Every time we visit we stop to grab a bag of the Hazelnut Cream coffee. It is absolutely delicious and we let our kids pick out a fun gift. The gentleman that is always there is so friendly and so helpful with any questions.

I have stopped by Choo Choo Coffee a few times in the past and they were always closed. This time when we were in town they were open. They have a very nice gift shop with all kinds of nice things and they also do their own in store coffee roasting. I bought a pound of their Southern Pecan coffee... More

The shop was clean and smelled of fresh coffee, but I think the coffee shop must have been closed as no one was there. That would have been a nice pick-me-up after the train ride. They have t-shirts, hats, pajamas, sandals, jewelry and local jams & jellies and the like. If there are a lot of people in there it... More
