Looked for Chinese restaurants that deliver in Boone (I was in a hotel) and found this one and could order online. It took close to an hour to get food, however it was hot, the ribs were excellent, fried rice was borderline and the pieces of pork in it were older, but still ok, the egg roll was very good... This is a small, family run Chinese restaurant. The buffet on Sunday afternoon is well apportioned with a variety of typical fair. Service is reasonable and the prices are great.

went to sunday buffet, it was not crowded. It was around 12:30 and the items were sparse on the buffet. One item, the boneless ribs was nothing but fried dough with a really sweet sauce. There were no signs saying to use fresh plates but we did. Apparently it was not the job of any of the 5 or 6... More

The two main dishes we ordered were cooked the way we cook them in our home. The "Singapore Chow Mei Fun" was outstanding. And even the cold leftovers were good the next morning. Although clean, the furnishing were a bit tattered. If you like Chinese food, you should dine there. (When you first enter, smell the wonderful scents drifting from... More

This was a memorable first meal with my boyfriend's parents, I'm sure we will talk about it for years! Unfortunately, this will not be for good reasons. The food is average, run of the mill Chinese (which I'm sure comes in frozen, gets fried and perhaps gets a bought sauce poured all over it), but this was to be expected.... More

Your strongest impression of this place will be the sour owner/waiter who makes you feel neither she or you want to be there. We even remarked about her rudeness to some people at the next table and they said, "She's always like that!" She was "like that" just once to us because we will never return. The place is not... Food was edible. Not esp fresh. Rice was prob pulled from buffet...kinda cold. Eggroll wasn't even good. Service with an attitude as well.

The first time we ate China Wok food it was delivered, and it was great. That was two years ago. We never actually SAW the restaurant. On our recent visit, we stopped by and picked it up. Restaurant was pretty dumpy - would not recommend eating in. But we thought hey, most Chinese take-out joints are not that posh and... More

After a 7 hour drive to Boone, I wanted to eat very near to my hotel. It was about 7:30 p.m. And the place was empty. The food was ok, but there were two loud kids in there. I assumed they belonged to the owner. They ran around fussing, yelling, etc. A guy took our order and the kids brought... More

Do not eat here. The service was probably the worst I have ever experienced. While I was there with my friend we were only spoken to once the whole time and it was some weird guy asking what we wanted to drink, and then we never saw him again. The lunch buffet was gross and cold. The rice was literally... More
