Stopped here for dinner before heading back home for the evening. Ordered the jerk burrito with tofu and my friend ordered the jerk tacos. Out food arrived and my friend described the chicken in her taco as really overdone and bland. She described the rice as the "rice that was boiled in garbage water." My burrito had ok flavor, but... A trip to the Black Cat is always a treat! Generously filled burritos. Yummy queso. And the Jerk Chicken Tacos... oh my word! Sooo good!

We ordered the nachos on our visit. The food was good; but not special. Protein options included steak or chicken - both my spouse and I wished they had ground beef available, which would have worked better with nachos. The restaurant itself is not well decorated - and was cold the day we went. They had the air conditioning still... More

We love trying little hole in the wall places and this is definitely one of them. The food was different but good if you like Tex Mex. And you must try the fried Brussel sprouts they are banging.

Stopped in for a late afternoon meal and couldn't have been more pleased with the service or food offerings. Anything you want to build a burrito, they have it! All of the ingredients were super fresh and delicious. Will definitely go again when I'm back in town!

We enjoyed our return visit to the Black Cat very much. The burritos are huge and delicious and the dining room has a lot of personality.

In addition to this place being a 'hole in the wall', the food kind of sucked also. Paid $18 for 2 burritos, mine was awful.

A good selection of creative burritoes. You will not leave hungry. A good beer selection as well. Quick if the lines aren't too long.

The food is good, and they also offer Gluten Free options. If they are busy, which they usually are, plan to wait just a bit longer than what one might expect.
