Great salad bar to compliment some great seafood for this area. Sunday country buffet is "killer". Everything tastes so fresh and cooked to perfection. This is definitely the place to go for great value for great food!!!

This past weekend was my first visit to Catfish Cove. It was extremely busy but we were seated quickly. It was a short wait for our food but good conversation made time pass quickly. We ordered the combo of oysters, shrimp, and filet. I was full and had not made a dent in my plate. It was cooked as requested and delicious.... More

We've been there a number of times, usually for their Sunday buffet. You can always depend on them having great comfort food. Salad, fried chicken, pork chops, fried okra, mashed potatoes, and many other veggies.

Everyone voted not to go back to Catfish Cove and to visit Captains Cap in Belmont again next time. We go every month. The salad bar was pitiful, the food was 3rd rate and they even have the nerve to charge you an extra dollar for using your debit or credit card. I despise this place!!!! It cost me $15.08... More

Decided to give this a try for our Sunday dinner. It was packed when we arrived at 1330. Took half hour to get in. Food was hot and good. No fish on the buffet.

The waitress was extremely impersonal and very rude. The food was even worse than the service. The food was hot and cooked fresh. HOWEVER, the grease used to fry the food was in desperate need of being changed out as it tasted as though the oils was burnt and had burned food cooked with our "fresh" order. The server refused... At a reasonable price, Sunday (11am-3pm), Catfish Cove offers a tasty all you can eat southern cooking buffet that is both delicious and doesn't bust the budget. The buffet offers four delicious selections of meat (country style steak, fried chicken, stewed chicken and one other option that changes weekly), plus a wide variety of vegetables (corn, green beans, broccoli or... This restaurant is a fish camp (Southern for fish restaurant). I've never been there for anything except the Sunday lunch buffet, so this review is only about that. There is always a line on Sunday, so if you don't want to wait, get there early (before 11:30) or late (after 1:30) to miss the church crowd. It is buffet only,... More

When the old Lineberger's sold, we starting going to Twin Tops because of the long wait, we tried Catfish Cove which originally had some of the old Lineberger's staff. Food was great, larger seating area so smaller wait times. Unfortunately the owner passed a few years back and the food is just ok - salad bar is not stocked, and... More
