Getting lunch on a Sunday was tricky until we came to the cafe. Good value meals and the food was yummy and lots of it. Child's menu too. Could sit outside overlooking the rose maze or in the air conditioning.

Stopped in for lunch and was very happy we did. Excellent service and plenty of gluten free options. Best steak sandwich on gf bread I've had.

Delicious, efficient and I've had some awful food and coffee on this four and a half hour journey. Will stop here every time now. Great little garden out the back for my dog.

This place is okay. Not bad but nothing to really write home about. Burger was nice but they need to provide napkins. Service was hurried like they had better things to do. The rose maze is gorgeous.

We had a great breakfast at Black Cockatoo Cafe. Apparently it is under new management. Food was delicious (kids menu is awesome) and service great. We loved the view of the gardens and peaceful setting. Will definitely return when heading down south again.

I stopped here for Lunch on the way to Bremer Bay over the long weekend. Its a nice location, got a Rose Bush maze for the kids to play in, inside and outside seating. The coffee was good, however the Turkey, Brie and Cranberry was worse than average. The turkey was to the point of being almost un edible(was it... More

Food was good, big serving. There are mini museum and Rose Maze adjacent. Friendly waitress. Parking is convenient. Certainly a good location for quick pit stop to Albany or toward Perth. Enjoyed my stop at Kojonup.

Ideally placed for a coffee break between Perth and Albany. Finding good coffee in rural areas is difficult. This cafe is a great find, as service was excellent as was the coffee. The mocha walnut cake was tasty and gluten free. Well worth a visit.
