What a great find! Both enjoyed their Marron Pie. Beautifully done Marron, creamy and very tasty with a pastry top. Wines have won many awards and a must try is their 2014 Zinfandel! Warm and friendly service, suitably impressed!

The winery has a nice verandah setting. We enjoyed the wine. Staff friendly. However the main courses on the lunch menu are expensive. Friends enjoyed their meals however the Marron Pie had limited amounts of Marron and tasted like a cream and Chardonnay Pie. The Marron flavour was missing. At $45 it should have tasted like Marron! Also with only... More

To quote Molly..." Do yourselves a favour" This place is well worth the small drive off the main road ... a Diamond in the rough so to speak Warm welcomes from both Annie and John Peaceful, tranquil setting for lunch ... which was amazing by the way( highly recommend the marron salad accompanied by the unwooded Chardonnay) All ingredients superbly... We Had their Marron Chardonnay pie and Marron salad.Started with baked ricotta entrée.Be warned 1 between 2 is plenty.Full of flavor and light was a great opener for the mains. I am not a particularily seafood person but would happily crawl from Perth to Donnybrook for this pie. Light flavorsome and served with vegies and salad,I don't know where you... More

Called in after reading the reviews. They could not have been more tight. John and Annie are great hosts, their wine and food are absolutely awesome. We arrived with a group of 13, we tasted the wine and ate the food. The restaurant is located high over the natural gardens. Will be coming back again.

Took my girlfriend and husband for her birthday for lunch and it was excellent. A small winery with great service, wine and food.

After a nice drive through the forest you come across this lovely winery and restaurant. The staff were very friendly and we met John, the owner, who had a chat with us. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the bottle of Rose which we had with lunch. The food was superb, generous serves and the service was prompt. Very relaxing... More

On arrival we were greeted by the owner John and the Manager, Michelle. I always enjoy listening to John talk so passionately about his award winning wines. After the wine tasting we sat down and ate a delicious meal. My choice was a Haloumi and Asparagus Pasta ~ YUM! Enjoyed with Unwooded Chardonnay. The entree's and deserts were equally as... More

A great meal, the Marion pie was fabulous. The service was prompt and the wine tasting well explained by John. A small restaurant but it made it more personal.

A perfect location for a relaxing Sunday lunch. The drive in through the forest sets the stage. Sitting and looking out across the dams and farmland is special - so good to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city! Wonderful welcome and delicious food. Great hospitality!
