Amazing service, food, drinks and ambience. Big thanks to Ingris for making us feel at home and enjoy our dinner. Value for money night out! Raviolis were out of the world, mouth watering beef lasagna. Would definitely come back team Botteghita!

It was good basic pasta nothing special tho. Staff was great and atmosphere was chill so everything was good, would recommend!

I recently dined here in La Botteghita, Italian restaurant and the ravioloni was simply outstanding - it will likely be the best meal of my trip. The homemade pasta was also fresh and delicious, and the starters were so yummy and large that we shared...one meant for two among four people. The service was nice too, maybe a bit slow. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in search of fantastic Italian cuisine in a welcoming environment.More
I was there yesterday 24 December with my boyfriend. The restaurant had only 6 customers. We ordered our food before 7pm and got them at 8.15pm. Guess what?? It was not the dish i ordered. I ordered chicken & Mushroom Alfredo, n the waitress got...me something with prawn. Luckily i asked again before eating if its the one i ordered as am allergic to seafood. Then the waitress said its her mistake, this one has prawns in it and if i want i can have it, or else she will ask the cook to do the one i ordered. I waited for another 10 mins for the chicken & mushroom tagliatelle. You have asked me to wait, at least put some bread or snacks so that i don’t find the waiting long. From 7 to 8.30 pm the restaurant had only 6 customers. It was after 8.30 customers started to arrive. The other 6 customers that were there yesterday has issues regarding their orders and the long wait.More
Great food and staff. Delicious pasta dishes with high quality ingredients. Would definitely visit again if time. A bit loud music from the dj too soon at the night, was difficult talking to each other on the table
Nice restaurant, lovely outdoor seating, friendly waiters. Medium prices. Pasts, pizza was tasty, portions are big. The Calzone was a tad disappointing as there wasn't enough filling in it. Overall good.
First of all.. we are regular customers to this place since few years.. So for me writing a negative review is more to help the owners!! This place used to be my favourite Italien in Mauritius.. but my 2 last visits were very disappointing! For...God sake you have an amazing lady among your service team who tried her best to save our family time at your restaurant.. so thanks to her. We ordered pasta with beef ragu and I asked for some Parmesan cheese and it came after 20 mins and I was already done ! My husband ordered a pizza Calzone and it was not cooked though we waited nearly 45mins to get our food served.. The pizza was sent back to the kitchen and came back still uncooked! Our family time with our kids was a real disappointment at this place that used to be our favorite.. Never again.. Hope you will take note of this comment and make some serious change! Tourists come to your restaurant once and left.. but your reputation among locals is important to maintain a good running of your business! Friendly yours. PriscillaMore

I never write negative but i have to said dont eat their , i ate yestarday and in the middle i stop eating couse i didnt feel good and i throw up more then 2 hiurs now. Also i told the waittera there is muoch...that enter and she look at me like they use to ut , also when i do to toilet i saw the kitchen without glaves ! And the olives and the mashroom was from a supermarket box ! It was tuble !!More
One of the best pizzas I´ve ever had!! The atmosphere, the friendly staff and the amazing food made this restaurant our favourite in Grand Baie!
Nice ambience and friendly waiters. Medium price point. Extensive drinks menu. Pasta was good and well seasoned. The pizzas were great, good choice of toppings, well cooked and tasty. Be aware, the portions are big, the pizza is huge! Good to share.
