Love this place...authentic mexican food but with a fusion twist ..it's all about the unique sauces that chef Mario creates ...Israel Campos is a gem...such a wonderful owner and the entire Campos family and staff makes the dinner experience a special one. From the Salsa..to the Nachos, to the gaucamole, enchiladas, burritos, chicken mexicana..., salmon specials ...yum...Getting hungry just writing... More

We've eaten here many times over the past 5-6 years, though this is the 1st time in a few months. We have never been disappointed. To be greeted by the owner, Israel, and warmly treated like an old friend is one of Cancun Inn's specialties. I always seem to order the Carne Asada and the food is always delicious and... More

We stopped for appetizers on the way between somewhere and somewhere else. I am so glad we did! There were three delightful people that worked together to make sure everyone was happy, and we certainly were! We got the camarones al ajillo and chalupas. The camarones (shrimp in garlic sauce) were wonderful, to the extent that my husband at the... More

We have been here many times with each visit being a fun and wonderful dining experience. This weekend we met there with a group of 6 friends, 2 that were there for the first time. We were treated, as always, like old friends of the family. The margaritas are the best, the specials of day a welcome change from the... More

Stopped for a quick bite the other night. Probably the best Mexican food I have had in a very long time. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Will be going back.

Excellent staff, the owner is always coming around asking how you are, and amazing food. Love bringing the family here once in a while to enjoy a laid back and calm atmosphere and the food is perfection! The paella is good, the traditional dishes are all good as well, but I love the Zarzuela. It is fabulous!

If you're a fan of trendy foods (think kale and pomegranate juice), lots of ambient noise and pretentious menu prose, The Cancun Inn is not the place for you. If, instead, you appreciate family-sized portions of luscious, made-to-order dishes served by a welcoming staff in a bright and colorful setting, you'll be happily willing to travel 100+ miles to Sugar... Went there the other night for dinner. Really enjoyed the food. It's great! The service was very good as well. Nice location, they have tables outside although we chose to eat indoors because of the heat. There is a bar in the front as you walk in. Thought the prices were reasonable. They are nice, welcoming and friendly there. If... More

My wife and I were disappointed when we found out the Barnsider Restaurant had closed ( our usual Sugar Loaf visit was lunch at the Barnsider and then a walk around town shopping ) but I remembered seeing the Cancun Inn on our last visit so we headed down the Kings highway. The first thing that brought a big smile... More

I ate here with a couple friends during a sugarloaf festival back in October 2015. they ran out of most of their food and the menu was very limited, I do understand they were extremely busy but when a huge festival is going on they should be prepared for it. The food that we did order wasn't good at all... More
