Unassuming location yet nice decor lent for simple escape from the cold night. Sake was good and hot chocolate cake was a surprising dessert. Nice chirashi bowl all very fresh and well presented albeit not in a traditional bowl though no complaints was a large entree. Service amenable and prompt. Could stand to be more hospitable seemed slightly aloof. Good... More

Tomo is the only place our family goes for sushi. It is always fresh and the presentation is unique. The owners and servers are always welcoming and friendly.

Stumbled on this little joint that is the real deal...Pinned between an movie theater, bowling alley, and parking garage! Don't ket it fool you!! Fantastic fresh and generous sushi! And a wonderful menu to boot...They don't do commercial america style sushi rolls here...Its the real deal here!

Food is great and plentiful. Little place but great food. Its push back of the main road so you really have to look for it

Been going there for years. Nice local place you can count on for great food.... You would not be disappointed. Not your over priced foo foo sushi. They always have new specials that are fun to try. Sushi Chef is very creative. Can get crowded on weekends and service might be a bit challenged.

This is an excellent neighborhood restaurant! The food is great, the atmosphere is great, the employees are all friendly and accommodating. The service takes some time, but you can guarantee that everything from your soup to dessert is super fresh! They also have coupons in the SI Clipper and the Val-U-Pak. Come back for a second visit and the you... More

Tomo sushi was very good as far as freshness goes. But it was crowded and they only had 2 girls working. The wait for miso soup was 45 minutes it took a total of an hour and 5 minutes for all food to come out, totally ridiculous. I will go back once more and give them a fair shot. Bill... More

I passed by Tomo at least a hundred times thinking that it was another take-out place. Only when a friend invited us to have dinner there did we go inside. Thank goodness we did. this is about the best japanese food I have had. It seems cheap for what you get and they'll make you just about anything you want.... More

I was driving by looking for a bento lunch. The place didn't look like much from outside but is very clean and well decorated inside. They have a small, well-stocked bar, about 20 tables, and 6 seats at the sushi bar. The staff were very friendly, talkative, and the level of service was high. The sushi I got was fresh,... More
