Came here once before several years ago. Food was good but rather overpriced. Had the canzone but wished there was a menu item for a half canzone and a salad.

Went there on a business dinner - group of 9. A nice variety of appetizers. I had the lamb (ordered medium rare, should have ordered medium). Great flavor. Others in the group had steak, pasta dishes.

We went for happy hour for a little wine and appetizers after a day of shopping along Broadway. The caprese salad was delicious and the perfect combination of fresh tomatoes and mozzarella.

We hadn’t been here for dinner in a few years and decided to give it another try. We started with the Caesar salad and arancini. The Caesar salad was large enough to split but the dressing lacked flavor. A little salt/pepper helped with that. The...More

We picked this restaurant for it's proximity to our hotel and wow, it was fantastic. Nice rustic charm inside, along with great food and service. The wine list is fairly priced and quite extensive. My wife had the Penne Toscone and I had the Fungi...More

Description
Anchoring Saratoga's vibrant downtown Forno Bistro is a family-owned bistro that offers a variety of rustic, Tuscan-style food rooted in tradition. Our chef's use only the freshest seasonal ingredients to prepare dishes with respect to their flavors, appearance and aroma. The menu is sophisticated but approachable, expressing the sense of hearth and home that defines the Tuscan style of life. Forno Bistro's rustic, Tuscan-style food is hearty and unpretentious with sophisticated flavors rooted in tradition and always open to new interpretations and adaptations. Many of our dishes are greatly influenced by the use of the wood-fired oven: homemade pizzas, sauteed calamari, and wood-fired towers of vegetables. The oven is always the inspiration.
