My wife and I try to go often but many times you may have a long wait so we just play it by ear since we live around the corner and I don't like waiting. But if you catch it right it is worth the wait.

The place was packed but the service was fast and excellent!! The menu has a good variety and the food quality is great. Highly recommend this place for a casual dinner.

We went there on a Friday night before a comedy show in Albany. We had a reservation at 5:30 but when we got there they didn't have the table ready. It took them a long time to get the table ready even though it was empty the whole time. Service was very slow that night. It took so long to... More

The food, as usual, was excellent, however I was disappointed with the time it took to get our food. Other diners came and went and our party was still there. From start to finish our time there was three hours. I think they could have done better.

Our office went here for a coworkers birthday lunch (by the way if you go here on your actual birthday your lunch (up to $10) or dinner (up to $20) is free, you have to have your license) and we all had very good meals. Good portion sizes, tasty food, great fries. They even have a lunch club you can... More

I took my family to Casey's, which always has been my favorite place to go when in the East Greenbush/Rensselaer area. Maybe the problem was that it is too popular, as there are so few decent places to eat. There were five of us, with an age range of about 30 years. The table was so dimly lit, I couldn't... More

Love the Chesapeake Filet with New Orleans style crab cake and shallot sherry cream sauce. The Grand Marnier creme brulee is excellent.

We have been coming to Casey's for many years and it is always very good - great steaks and seafood choices and you also get a large salad with your meal. The wait staff are very friendly and efficient. We can honestly say we have never had a bad meal here. But be forewarned - it is LOUD!! When full,... More

My husband and his golf league go here after golfing. He brought home his leftover calamari. I have never stepped foot in Casey's, but this was the best calamari I have ever had, anywhere, ever! Now he orders and brings me home my own order.

Expected better with the reviews. Not here. Seated immediately where I wanted in the bar. Asked the waitress to slow the food down which she did. Bread was tasteless. Cold, maybe sourdough. Shrimp cocktail was very good...very large..not over cooked. Salad (Italian dressing and crumbly blue cheese) was typical. Entree was baked haddock. Not the flavorful fish in the sea... More
