Been her to many times. Prices are very reasonable service is very good even in ice cream weather with a long line that moves rapidly

A trip to Rhinebeck is never complete without a visit to Holy Cow. The soft serve ice cream is the best ever. And you can't beat their prices.

We stopped here based on the reviews and enjoyed it. The limited flavor offerings were a small letdown but the ice cream was very good. We were surprised that the parking lot was near full on a September night, which is a testament to Holy Cow's popularity among the locals. We enjoyed the ice cream but would not go out... More

Friendly staff and great ice cream and prices. Love their ice cream cakes for all occasions. Long lines in summer but it's worth it.

Reasonably priced, good selection, tasty. I go there every time I visit the area. Old timey atmosphere.

I grew up in the Hudson Valley, but I grew up in Rhinebeck, so for the most part my family didn't venture into Red Hook all that much. Since Rhinebeck had Del's Dairy Creme, there wasn't a need to go to Holy Cow, so to my recollection I had never been there. I was out with my mother looking at... More

Since I am local, I have gone to Holy Cow often. Every ice-cream loving local would tell you that it's the best around. Service is always polite and very good, even when the client line is stretched out the door. (I am not a friend with or related to an owner or employee!)

Great ice cream. Very affordable; 4 of us for $10. It was mid afternoon on a Friday and they were busy. But they were properly staffed to serve everyone relatively quickly.

If you love soft ice cream this is the place to go. This is a favorite neighborhood place. Often the lines extend out the door but don't let that deter you. The lines move quickly because the service is excellent.

So there we were, it was after dinner and we were driving north from Rhinebeck to Red Hook on a very dark night.. Two cars in front of us stopped to make the right turn down the driveway then three cars facing us turned left in front of us and went into the same driveway. As we past I looked... More
