Wow! I've driven by this place many times over the years, and finally got around to stopping for dinner with my wife and two friends, and we were treated to one of the best Italian meals I've ever had. My Shrimp Scarpariello was cooked to perfection. My wife's mushroom ravioli was delicious. We had the firecracker calamari and a small... More

Very unassuming italian restaurant. Food is very good, quantities very generous, and prices very reasonable. Like eating at a Italian relative's.

We went there on Saturday evening with a large group and Good thing we made a reservation. It looks like a little pizza shop but they have a dining room with a number of tables. Our table was waiting for us and the waiter was ready. We shared a few appetizers, had a few carafes of wine and everyone ordered... More

Where do seven people go for dinner in Portchester when they want good food, a friendly atmosphere and don't want to spend a lot of money? We found Frankie and Louie's. When you walk in it looks like a take-out pizzeria. When you go to the room on the right, you are in a cozy family -oriented restaurant. The staff... More

Our first time at this restaurant. Food is very good. Lots of options to choose. But the service was very poor, nothing that will make me come back. I didn't like the lighting inside he restaurant. Very dark. Price of the meal is fair and reasonable.

Often go here when w/ my mother-in-law. She is an old school Italian woman. Because of her, when I dine Italian, I almost never order red sauce (gravy) because, let's face it, when you get the BEST at home, how can ANY restaurant compare?? Anyway, there are times when she just didn't want to cook, or we stopped by unexpectedly... More

Ask for Cindy if you can. The best veal parm you ever had! Many custom dishes. Great Scarpiello,.Osso Bucco, shrimp and mussels outstanding. Seafood salad the best around. We are here once a week. Never ever disappointed.
