We had an excellent tour of the vineyards/operations and then had lunch at the Copper Oven. We had 4 choices for the wood fired pizza. My friend and I had the Funguy and the Chicken and Apples. Both were delicious, although the Funguy was a tad salty.

Delicious small menu of freshly made wood fired pizzas using local ingredients. Limited to what they have and nice international flare. We were lucky enough to grab a seat on the deck and share salad A, a curry cauliflower pizza and bananas foster dessert pizza. All were great and they offer Cayuaga Ridge Estate wine by the glass or other... More

At first my wife didn't like the idea that it was only "pizza" but by the end of the meal she had to acknowledge that the meal was awesome. We had the cheese board - with cheeses from Muranda - a local cheese place that we also visited and loved. We also split the BBQ chicken pizza which i promise... More

We went with another couple for a lake winery day and stopped here for lunch. Wow.The outdoor seating and ambiance were outstanding. We ordered pizza, of course, along with several appetizers of cheese and cured meats. There are green salads, which can be shared as well. Wonderful. The pizza is baked in an 800 degree copper oven, usually in a... More

Good pizza--only open spring summer, limited fall--located at Cayuga Ridge winery. Limited seating---slow service at busy times--but not much else in the area for quick meal.

After a full morning of wine tasting, The Copper Oven was a great little lunch spot to soak up all the vino in our stomachs! We first did a wine tasting at Cayuga Ridge (attached / next door) and then headed over for some lunch. My husband and I both got pizzas which were delicious... the only thing was that... More

We stopped on a wine tour and had to get a pizza. There were gourmet toppings and it is delish. A nice stop along the wine trail and you can eat at the picnic tables or in the seating area. Beautiful area, great wine and pizza is sooooo good!

Mostly pizza here and not really lakeside. There's a view of the lake if you sit in the right place on the deck. Pizza is inventive and tasty. Service for us was attentive. Probably not worth a special trip, but if you're tasting the wines anyway, nice place for a bite. Prices are high but not out of normal range... More

We stopped here for lunch while wine tasting. The food was great! We shared a salad that had a delicious dressing. Then we also shared a pizza with summer vegetables (corn, tomatoes) which was one of the best pizzas i think I've had. We also enjoyed an affogato and a smores pizza for dessert. The smores pizza was super sweet... More
