This was the worst experience I ever had. I have never in my life been scammed so bad. The old dude harassed me, then they all sucked up to me, then they showed me some little fish. And then they brought this gigantic fish, that I could not eat and charged me 99 for the fish and 46 Euros for... More

I have never been scammed so bad in my life. Here's the trick they play on everyone: 1) The trustworthy looking old gentleman stands by the pathway next to his "fresh fish" luring you in to have a "cactus juice cocktail" with a view (the view is amazing and the scene is great... and who doesn't trust an elderly gent?),... We generally do some research before heading for an expensive restaurant, but we had had a lovely morning and a nice cocktail so as we walked past we were tempted in. The view is lovely and as it was quite windy the protected aspect made it attractive. We should have known better, there was only one patron and the serving... More

Wish I had checked trip advisor first. Would have saved me and lot of money. Beware of the platters for 2 overpriced for little. Stay away from this place.

We did laugh when we got back to our hotel and saw that of all the restaurants we stumbled into in Fira we chose this one! But aside from it being expensive (in comparison to Imeravigli where we were staying) it wasn't bad enough to star as less than average. The food we did have was very nice, the older... More

Well there was nothing "Don" with Don Angelo's. Overpriced food which was not nice at all. €25 for some tomato and avocado smothered in so much sauce I couldn't even eat it? No thanks. We normally live our lives by trip advisor but didn't see the reviews until it was too late. I'm sure, like many others before us we... More

This restaurant is in business to lure unsuspecting tourists by their beguiling hosts and sack all possible money from them. During our two week trip to athens, santorini and naxos - this was our one and only bad experience - in fact - it was AWFUL!! The food is sub-par and extraordinarily expensive - they lure you will descriptions of... More

Please avoid, despite great location food average, totally overpriced, wine undrinkable and manageress so rude i cannot explain how I feel as it is unpublishable. One saving grace we had a charming Albanian waiter.

Our last night in this glorious Island totally spoilt by our choice of restaurant overlooking the caldera. Partially our fault by not checking the price but taking the advice of the overseeing staff ordered the appetisers recommended followed by fresh fish of the day which we chose. Good food but the bill came in at 282 euros absolutely disgusting. Please... More

This place almost ruined santorini for me. We were walking along the caldera part of fira when I decided to stop and sit on some stairs to check places to eat on tripadvisor. My fiancé saw the restaurant in front of us and went to look at the menu while I was online. The young hostess in front tried to... More
