Food was good (better than your typical coffee house food) but many menu selections were not available.

I've been coming to this part of Central New York for a few years now to run races and research African-American history and began coming to Cafe at 407 after my first visit. I became aware of them because they are frequented by the Lake Effect Run Club, which I've befriended, and their charity, Ophelia's Place (which helps people battle... More

My wife and I were just stopping through town and gave Ophelia's a shot. GREAT Decision!...we ordered their sandwich specials and got a homemade pop-tart that puts the brand to shame. No time for food? Their coffee and tea selection are on point as well!

I first came here when I was informed by my niece that the mission here was to support programs and efforts to help those with eating disorders, among other priorities for women. The restaurant holds it's own with good food and pleasant people. The price reflects the good that we get and the good that it does. I hope we... More

I had the Apple and Brie panini, which was phenomenal. The dressing for the side salad was ok, but I would have preferred a plain balsamic. Service was great, the seating was comfortable, and they had some nice things (shirts, mugs, etc) for sale. A portion of the proceeds go to Ophelia's Place, a non-profit focused on prevention and treatment... More

This restaurant has very good food and treats; its profits go to support programs and efforts to help those battling eating disorders. It gives new meaning to the term "feel good food." Kudos to the workers, volunteers and management.

I have eaten both breakfast and lunch here, and the food was very good. The warm, homemade granola is the best! The salads are large. Gluten-free bread and baked goods are offered. The prices are higher than other places in the area for similar food. The atmosphere is eclectic, with non-matching tables and chairs, and it is a place to... More
