Been meaning to stop in because of the great reviews and recommendations by friends. My husband and I were greeted and seated immediately (we did not have a reservation). All the waitresses appeared harried, the restaurant wasn't full while we were there, approximately 6-7pm. Served warm whole wheat bread and cornbread to start, good. Husband ordered one of their "Ceasar... More

This was quite possibly the best BBQ I've ever had. The meat melted off the bones, the sauce was perfect, spicy but not "scalding". The scallops were large, tender and gently seasoned. Even the Caesar salad was yummy. I wish I lived near here to be able to return. I will certainly tell any friends headed this way not to... More

We've driven by this place 500 times, but never stopped to eat. Finally one day we didn't know where to eat, but didn't want to drive too far. Now it is one of our favorite places to eat! GREAT FOOD, and friendly staff. I recommend the sampler. The RIBS were amazing! Meat fell off the bone.

My family and I searched for a new place to try some ribs for my dad's birthday and someone recommended Al-e-oops. We were there around 4 on a Saturday to beat any dinner rush and were seated pretty promptly. The menu is extensive with a ton of different options, but we ordered the turkey platter, filet platter, and ribs with... More

Al-E-Oops is a family owned sit down restaurant. I have been there 2 times. I ordered a combination meal that had ribs and scallops. The scallops were lightly browned top and bottom and very soft. They were not chewy as some seafood gets when it is overdone. The ribs were awesome. They were well seasoned, very tasty, and almost fell... More

Service was very slow and the waitress did not listen to us. We ordered water with our cocktails and it never came. Bread was brought to the table by someone other than our waitress but he did not bring butter. We had to ask for the butter, again another wait. We had fish and crab cakes. They were both ok... A nice place to have dinner. We enjoyed the chicken and rib platter. The place was busy on this Friday evening. Service was expedient and friendly. Protions are large and we were able to split the dinner and still take some with us. We were surprised by the $2.00 charge for sharing the meal.

Wife and I had ribs,1/2 rack each. WOW. Tender falling of the bone good. The half rack seemed a little bigger than most places (cost a little more also) but it is worth the price. I had fries and wife had twice baked,my fries were good but wife said twice baked was better before, she thought they changed it. No... More

Okay, I won't say the best BBQ ever because I haven't tried every BBQ place yet. But so far, this place is the best BBQ I've ever had (and I've had a lot!). The ribs are the most amazing ribs I have ever tried. I am still thinking about them days later, I've never had ribs quite like these ribs... More
