We frequent the Bistro because the food is prepared to order, the staff is courteous and friendly. The quiet atmosphere makes it a great place to dine. There is a great little bar for you to enjoy either before or after your meal. You will not be disappointed.

We ate here on two occasions. Both were excellent, we even got a potted history of the le Roux family. If you are in the area would recommend any time. Best yo book at weekends.

We came up to Lake George for a weekend getaway. The bistro has become our favorite restaurant here. Our server Nichole was so knowledgeable about our wines and choice of entrees. I had the short rib ravioli with butternut squash and maple sausage topped with butternut sour cream, it was delicious and my fiancée had a stuffed veal pasta with... More

Arrived early and got seated right was near a nice warm fireplace. Fresh bread and wine started our evening. Butternut squash soup along with crab cake was amazing. Beet salad and Black angus burger entrees were very good, and service was excellent . Look forward to our next stay in the area.

When you're looking for exquisite food in the Lake George, NY area, travel a few miles out of town to Bistro LeRoux. Although reservations are recommended, we took our chances mid-week and arrived an hour before their stated closing time. They graciously accommodated us, seating us in their national park-inspired dining room. (Check out the chefs' story on their website... More

Chef Jake finds ways to combine flood like you won't find any place else. If you only go out to eat once this year, Bistro LaRue is a must! You will never be... More

We went to Lake George for hiking, and always wanted to enjoy a nice dinner after a good hike. Bistro LeRoux did not disappoint. We made a reservation since it's for Sat nite. This is highly recommended, since the entrance was packed with ppl with reservation at 7pm, and a few walk-ins left. We came 10 min earlier than reserved,... More

It's off the beaten path of Lake George, but worth the drive. The food was delicious! Small plates are not that small, so don't over order. They also have a gluten free guide to the menu. The bar is small, but lovely. Staff was friendly and helpful. The dessert - a flourless cake with peanut butter ice cream was amazing!

The food was great, especially the bread pudding dessert. Service was excellent. My only complaint is that in a restaurant that charges $30+ for entrees expect better than paper table clothes.
