What a wonderful find!- cozy atmosphere and great staff. we tried seven types of beers and particularly love Joe Mama's Milk. The birthday cake beer was interesting. Live music to listen to and great beers to try - wish they sold them in Rhode Island (encouraged them to do so!!) What is there not to like???

Worst possible trip ever. I met at the door by a wonderful dog. I asked if my dog Walter was welcome. The person behind the kitchen said YES. Then right after my food arrived, I was asked to leave because of the dog who was lying down quietly. Meanwhile they have a dog that lives there roaming around. The owner/management... More

Keegan's has a proven line of solid beers. They hit all the highlights: IPA, Porter Stout, etc. And they are all good, some even are really good. The place itself is cool. It;s in a renovated building and they did a great job designing the bar area. It's really more set up for drinking pints, but they do offer flights.... More

My husband and I visited this brew pub recently for a late lunch. This is not a restaurant, rather a brewery that serves food. Having said that, the assortment of beers is very good and the food was delicious. Very rustic interior with high seats at keg tables plus a friendly dog has the run of the place. No wait... More

I gave Keegan 4-stars because of their brews and ales which are 5-star. As a restaurant, or ever just as pub grub , they fall short, 3-star at best (probably 2). The food we ordered too way too long, was cold, and candidly worth far less than the charge. I have been to multiple brewpubs, at sites of breweries, from... More

Not much to look at, but the pub food is good; the beer is made on site and very good (I recommend the Old Capital. Many opt for Mothers Milk!). Plenty of parking; outside seating. Tuesdays see a diverse group of locals in teams playing trivia against each other. Never encountered any issues. Keegan Ales is one of those places... More

We had a very enjoyable evening at Keegan, drinking beer and listening to live music. The beer is excellent and it's a great place to sit and relax with friends. A full bar is available for those who don't drink beer.

I frequent this place. The crowd is extremely diverse. They run a tight ship so there's never any problems there. The beer is made on site. They have many varieties for every taste. Parking is good. Well lit. This is a great place for a safe evening!!!

We mostly go on the weekends when they have bands. Rarely a cover charge, but lots of dancing. The food is great and the people are wonderful.
