This is one of my favorite spots when we visit my husbands family! Tastes like the breakfast my grandma used to cook. The pancakes our huge and the home fries are my favorite! Has that small town feel and the staff makes you feel like family! Must try for breakfast!!!

Great for traditional breakfast and lunch foods. A small town atmosphere and like a step back in time. Wait staff very nice and remember you!

Good food. Mostly locals. My husband used to live in the area and liked to go there to eat. Nothing fancy. Just down the road from our hotel

Was looking for something local and found this lovely diner to grab a good homemade lunch. They do only take cash.

The food was excellent and the service was also good. We were traveling through and wanted to try a place that was not a chain. Phil and Cindy's was recommended to us. We are not disappointed. The portions were large and the pancakes were very light and tasty.

This is a great place to grab breakfast. It's a cut above a diner and the food is good. Quick and friendly service draws many repeat customers. Gotta have cash or use the ATM so be advised no plastic.

My grandfather goes here all the time. The staff is very friendly and fast. The food their good. I would recommend the pancakes, however, if you do get the pancakes, do not order sides. Their pancakes literally take up an entire dinner plate and usually hang over a bit. Its very good, but you need to go on an empty... More

The descriptions here are accurate. I could give a "5", if they managed prices in a friendlier way. A breakfast place has low-cost ingredients: Breads, batter, imitation maple syrrup, margarine, vegetable oil, potatoes, (i.e., mostly cheap starches) , and eggs. Ah, eggs - protein. They jumped in wholesale price; but, have retreated, returning to the "cheap" category. The jump significantly... More

I have lived in jamestown my while life but travel extensively throughout the USA and have been to Mexico and the Bahamas, and Phil and Cindys is my all time favorite breakfast restaurant. I will admit it is just a diner that doesn't look like much but the food is always hot and timely and the best tasting omelets. All... More
