I've come here many times and every time it is either good or bad. Last time I came I ordered tuna avocado sushi which tasted as if it sat on a heater for five hours (super hot in terms of actual temperature). In addition, the amount of actual fish served is very slim and the roll is just full of... More
If you are looking for a menu that makes your mouth water just by reading it, the very best creative rolls with fresh fish accompanied by great drinks in a modern ambiance, then Kashi is it. Located right across from a municipal lot, it offers everything a lounge does with some of the best sushi I ever had. A must... More
The restaurant looks trendy and fun from the outside and upon entering, however, that is where the positive aspects of this restaurant end. The hostess seated my friend and I at a table and within one minute our waitress, I believe her name was Cindy, came over and asked what we would like to order in the way of drinks.... More
My companion's salmon teriyaki lunchbox was nearly inedible, too salty and soaked in oil. She couldn't finish it. I had chicken hibachi. It tasted ok, but when I got home it was like Montezuma's revenge. Sorry, this was $35 worth of disaster.
Clearly they do things differently around here. I am used to warm towels instead of wet wipes. I am used to writing my sushi order, so it can easily be customized. The waitress was friendly and had to run out of the restaurant to give me my forgotten credit card. We sat at the sushi bar, which is clearly not... More
We had a really nice late Saturday lunch. Not crowded at 2 pm. Sit inside or out. Very nice decor. Attentive waiters. Excellent bento box lunch special, and special rolls for my friends. 3 people ate for under $60.
Kashi Huntington has consistently the best sushi, cooked food with a very good sake menu. Staff are professional and quick and the restaurant has a real Manhattan vibe...also a fun bar and happy hour.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon to take advantage of their happy hour from 4pm to 7pm. Really great sushi specials! Superb hand rolls at very attractive prices. Go check them out!
Sushi is AMAZING!!!! A little pricey but expect that in Huntington village. The ambiance is beautiful. Wait staff is on point and friendly. If you don't have a reservation expect to wait at least 30 mins , especially on Fri and Sat night.
