This was a highlight of our stay on Silhoutte. Aside from good value ( as nearly all dishes are included in the Half Board option) , it is delicious . Lovely surroundings, old plantation kinda colonial house and just outstanding service. Yum! Yum

The best restaurant on the island. Good food especially if you ask the chef to make something outside the set menu. The kreol fish we got was amazing. Or bananas in coco milk. Wow. But even the menu is better then in others. The staff very friendly, positive, joking. Great.

We have been here a few years back and the concept and historical building is wonderful, but the food is no longer the best experience on the island.

The idea of the restaurant is fantastic - it's an old colonial home which even offers a small museum on the first floor. The food, however, was very bland - out of 5 dishes we ordered only 1 was really nice. Service is also very slow - it took us almost two and a half hours for starters and main... More

This restaurant it is the only one within silhouette islands not under the Hilton management but managed by the government. The only beautiful part is the house itself which is now a museum and you can visit in the upper floor. Old furnitures and pictures with the history of the people who lived there. OK location and the house got... More

We enjoyed our dining experience at this restaurant as we were keen to try creole food. The restaurant is set in an old villa which was inhabited previously which provided some interest. The menu was limited in selection (particularly for those who do not eat seafood). The dishes were tried were interesting but not particularly tasty. Good local produce is... More

my wife and I were really looking forward to eating at grann kaz after great experiences with food at portobello and Sakura. super setting but foot was really bland and disappointing. service average and little assistance offered to advise. requested spicing up the curry but what came was still more of a stew. didn't return.

I loved eating here because the variety of Creole food was exceptional! The food was prepared very nicely and fresh. The portions were good and it is a wonderful local flair to experience. I would recommend trying this at least one night during your stay.

It has plenty of choices as for me.. I dont eat meat so seafoods and fruits is a must and they have plenty of choices. The downside it is a bit expensive but its understandable as it is the only buffet restaurant in the Island and the Hilton Is the only hotel/villas in the Island.

We arrived very quickly a bit later by the Hilton cab service. We ordered what our half board package allowed (7 meals shared at the table). Unfortunately the grann kaz seems kind of overwhelmed. They served our meal after 70 Minutes.... Anyway the quality and freshness of the food was great. Well cooked, served with rice and with differently nice... More
