What my family misses most about NY is Forrest Pizza. The staff is personable and remembers names/families. Their pizza is authentic and their garlic nuts are the best kept secret on the North Shore. Great seating options with a spacious, tiled indoor and an outdoor patio. Pizza is (of course) stone-oven baked at this establishment. Parking can be difficult (what... More

THE GOOD: the pizza is very good as is the spagehtti and meatballs which is excellent.nice big serving, great tasting meatballs and sauce.I cant comment on anything else on the menu.because its all i ever order. THE BAD: dont expect to be greeted with anything more than a blank expression when you walk in.if you care about that sort of... More

A friend of mine loves this place - and I don't know why. Pizza is nothing special. We had a 12" pizza with mushrooms (rubbery - from a bottle), sausage (sliced flavorless) and onions (undercooked). Service was lackluster. Many better places to eat in Locust Valley and Glen Cove.

There are those who love thin crust, medium crust or good old fashioned thick crust... this is our family's fave; I'm not talking about deep-dish, but NY style pizza. They just moved and the new location is welcoming and a go-to place for after practices, games or just for take-out.

I've been eating Forest pizza since the '90s, back when they were across the street. Over the years they've been consistently good. Our family favors the bruschetta and ziti pizza slices. By the slice or by the pie, Forest has some of the best pizza in Glen Cove, and that's saying a lot in a city with about a dozen... More

This place, which is housed in a new building has wonderful food. You order at the counter, sit down and they will call you when your food is done. The garlic knots have just the right amount of garlic and their sicilian pizza is delicious with not too much sauce. Beware when they get busy....some people don't feel the need... More

Maybe a place for a slice of pizza in a pinch...otherwise beyond amateur for anything else. Chicken cutlet parm was a disgrace....it's like they do not even care. $34 for two entrees in what amounted to fried breaded chicken in ketchup.
