I had not been to Giovanni's in several years and visited this past Sun with my family for early dinner. We ordered red snapper, pasta, pizza, escarole & bean soup.... Everything was quite good. However it took a very long time to be served. Thank God several of us ordered soup and that held us over but those that did... More

Great Sunday buffet brunch. The service was great and a great choice of food for 30 dollars. There were plenty of tables and the environment was very clean. The waitress was pleasant and very atentive to us.

We went here on a lunch break and our group had the Sausage and Peppers, Veal Lunch Special, and Vegetable Lasagna. Total was about $55. Food was good with large portions. Staff was friendly. A tad pricey for the area. Large pizza selection at counter.

We came here for an early dinner before a game at Yankee Stadium on Friday. There were 3 of us and we were seated right away. The server for our table was very nice and quick to take our order and refill our drinks. The pizza was delicious! It was handmade with fresh ingredients. They also gave us a small... More

Stopped here before a Yankees game ( a police officer recommended it). It is a 15 minute walk from the stadium and we'll worth it. Had the "Best Seller" pizza (sausage and mushrooms) which was awesome!!! Highly recommend.

This is a gem in the South Bronx. Service and food are excellent- it caters to all. If you just want pizza or a hero, there are table and chairs on one side that are informal. If you want more of a dining out experience with wait staff, etc . The other side has booths and a full bar. Everything I... More

Stopped by yesterday to enjoy lunch with family. Main restaurant was only serving brunch; other side was almost emply but we had to chase someone to sit us. Server was nowhere to be found most of the time, had more contact with runners than with our server. Ordered fried calamari as appetizer and baked ziti and steak salad for main... More

They had good food and good service. The bread and garlic knots were very tasty. The pizza was delicious too. Can't say how theropod and heroes are but if your looking for good pizza that can accommodate large groups this is your place.
