Huevos Rancheros were absolutely divine. Your choice of eggs with pinto beans and spicy, but not too hot, red or green Chile. A must visit.

This is a must when in Taos! The stuffed sopapilla with chili sauce is fantastic not to mention the baked goods. Get the apple fritters, cinnamon rolls, the green chili cheese bread. It’s all so good!

Second time at Michael’s and was just as good as the first time. Get the breakfast enchiladas with green Chile and don’t forget to stop and get bakery treats for the road!

Just happened upon this place. Had breakfast enchilada served with fresh hot sopapilla, pinon pancakes, pinon coffee, excellent baked goods, large portions, great service and good prices. Would definitely eat here again if I was back!!!

so many chooses you will leave so full, if you are in Taos at least one morning you have to go down and try this place, it is a Taos tradition for locals and visitors

Yes and it is greasy. Even the coffee had greasy coating. But the do have a vegetarian option
