For foodies this is an experience they won't want to miss. The food is delectable and just what you would expect in fine restaurants in large cities. But, in Taos, honestly, you might not expect this kind of dining. In my group we ordered the...More

The last time we were in Taos, Lamberts was on the main highway into town. Now it is on Bent Street one block off the square in an old Adobe building. Same name but new owners and location, and wow, it was truly great. We...More

Excellent food and service. The Harris filet was spectacular. We started with the beet salad - yummy - The restaurant itself is intimate and perfect for dinner - You can actually have a lovely conversation with your companion(s). You won't be disappointed.

Definitely requires a reservation. We arrived a little early for happy hour drinks and were surprised to wait 10 minutes before being approached by a waiter and then waiting another 10 for margs. The margs, however, were delicious, a nice balance of tequila and lime....More

I'm not sure whether you've gotten an answer. As much as we love dogs, we only allow service dogs in the restaurant, including the patio. If it is a service dog, you only need to tell the host/ess that it is a service dog.

Description
Lambert's of Taos is a family-owned full service, upscale establishment serving Contemporary American cuisine with northern New Mexican influences in an elegant but relaxed setting. We are one of the few establishments in town that serves cocktails in addition to beer and wine. Upstairs we have the Treehouse Bar and Lounge for those not in the mood for linen tablecloths and looking for a cool, classy, and eclectic hangout with well-versed bartenders and inviting prices. During our Happy Hour (2:30 - 6:00), everything on our Happy Hour menu is $6.
