My husband and I had dinner here and had a great experience. We had several appetizers, all with shrimp, and loved every single one. The food is fresh and tasty. We also had the 'flan' dessert which we loved. We had to share it since it's quite heavy. The owners and very friendly and like to interact with customers. House... More

We had lunch here without knowing anything about the place. The food was very good. We had the fish tacos from the lunch menu. Wasn't crowded and only Latinos there but all were nice and helpful. Would be happy to return! Give them a try!

I always order seafood tacos when visiting a Mexican restaurant for the first time, and they are really outstanding the three times I've eaten here. No frills Mexican, Haven't gotten beyond the seafood tacos, but all the other dishes look very good. Run by a nice couple who know their way around Mexican. This is authentic Mexican food, not Norteno.

Listen up fellow foodies, if you are looking for fantastic Mexican in a authentic setting this is the place to go. It doesn't look like much on the outside but you'll be greeted warmly and given homemade chips and salsa as soon as you sit down. The menu is extensive and our fish and asada tacos were delicious with outstanding... More

We were the only people there at first before a couple with a child arrived. The place was clean, the service friendly but food prep took a long time. We could hear the deep fryer sizzling at least 3 separate times while waiting for our food. I ordered skewered shrimp and vegetables which I thought would be grilled but they... More

My family and I couldn't decide where to eat for our first meal in Taos. While it is not a place of grandeur, it was cozy, the food was delicious, and the service was timely and courteous. I have to give the waitress 5 stars if I could, because after our meal, she told us a little bit about the... More

We stayed at an inn on the outskirts of Taos (Adobe and Pines Inn -another gem!) and wanted something close by and almost passed this little hole-in-the wall. It was excellent food, great service, sweet couple who own the place. I had the shrimp enchiladas. My husband had the shrimp Diablo, and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned - some... More

I know this is a restaurant specializing in seafood dishes, but it was challenging for my husband and I to refrain from smothered green chile almost every day of our 2 week vacation in NM. That being said, we couldn't resist ordering the pork burritos smothered in green chile. Never in my life have I tasted pork so delicious. It... More

Not for those who want fancy! If you want really good food ( lots ) in a neat clean environment, this is the place for you. Obviously family owned. A 7th grade young man politely seated us and keep us in water and the best salsa ever. Think seafood meets Mexican. Yum Yum!

Very fresh ingredients. Upon arriving, we had second thoughts-so glad we stayed! Not crowded at all on Saturday night. Family owned and prepared. Everything tasted unique and fresh.
