This restaurant was very good. Great service with a smile and helpful recommendations. They also have dishes for gluten free customers. Location in the center of town on Main Street. Try it you won't be disappointed. Good deserts as well.

We discovered Mountain Treasures when we were looking for a good cup of coffee. We ended up going back several times, either for more coffee or for breakfast, or just for a snack. The staff is so friendly and the ambiance is just what you'd...More

Great spot for a quick breakfast. Coffee is very good, especially the black magic. The pastries, turnovers and ham & cheese rolls are all tasty. They have other breakfast plates as well. They 're also open for lunch. Good spot to try.

We ate dinner a little early (5:30) since they close at 6 p.m. and had some great sandwiches and sweet potato fries! Bought a couple of pastries for our breakfast the next day as well. Worth a second visit.

Great little place for sandwiches and pastries. Their cinnamon rolls and kolaches are the best ever! The owners are precious and we always go in there to get something to eat. Go - it's wonderful!

Description
Mountain Treasures has a huge menu of wonderful homemade soups, made-to-order deli sandwiches (like ruebens, chicken-fried steak sandwiches and muffalettas)on fresh, "housemade" baked breads. The delightful smell of Kolaches, cinnamon rolls, turnovers, and cookies flow through the whole place and you may find them hard to turn down! Entrees include fried chicken with fries & Texas toast as well as catfish with hush puppies & fries. Our coffee shop serves steaming cappuccinos, lattes, and fresh house coffee as well as fresh-fruit smoothies. We've proudly served visitors and locals for 12 years on Main Street right in the middle of town across from the Community House.
