Had breakfast before checking out and it was delicious. Tried the Margarita Muffins and they were outstanding. Although the place was far from being busy, the service was quite slow. Coffee was perfect and you had a bottomless cup.

recent business trip to Las Cruces dictated a full and tight schedule of meetings and it was a welcome feature of staying at Hotel Encanto that I could rely on Garduno's for meals far above typical hotel fare. Can't wait for my return trip in a few months....

Located in the Hotel Encanto by the fountain. A lovely place even if not staying at the hotel. Attentive yet respectful waitstaff got us going with Margaritas and table side guacamole. The drinks were first class though the guac was on the mild side but no worries the salsa is amazing to spice it up. We appreciated the vegetarian options... More

Very attentive and caring staff. The kitchen split our dinner entree into very atractive plates with special touches.

The food is great and the service is even better. Highly recommend! Authentic Mexican food. Delicious salsa. Terrific ambience. Part of a really impressive hotel.

Had our first margaritas replaced only for something almost as bad. Nothing is gluten free despite what that may say.

Food was good. I had the enchiladas Dr colores with green Chile. Very tasty. Chips and salsa were both fresh and delicious.

Very disappointed with food and prices, rice was not cooked, hard and cold and the queso sauce was super salty. Who has heard of a homemade margarita from a keg???

Elizabeth Kemp was great. The food was good and we will visit again. The menu was very diverse and had lots of different selections.

I stayed at this hotel and ate breakfast and dinner at this restaurant. Their tortilla soup is the best ever! Fresh squeezed orange juice, great breakfast options and their chile is super-hot! Great customer service also.
