We're from Hawaii and were visiting Las Cruces with family. We were in the mood for soup and this place fit the bill. The broth and ingredients were excellent. We would have liked more fresh veggies on the side (basil, etc.) but perhaps not so easy to find in this locale. The owner/chef came out to meet us and she... More

The Pho Saigon is under new ownership and management. The new owners are very gracious hosts and they clearly take pride in their food and service. The food is terrific. The Asian Pancake appetizer is a meal in itself. It's nothing like a dutch pancake, because it is like a large folded egg bake with pork and shrimp inside. It... More

The soup was delicious. The menu selection is vast. This place is a bit overpriced for pho, but it's delicious so I don't mind.

Came here to eat some pho and was very disappointed. Their selection was good although the food tasted very one dollar scoop kind of greasy. Will not be coming back which is a shame.

When I have a taste for Vietnamese food I always head off to Pho Saigon. My favorite dish to order is the Lo mein noodles and eggrolls. The service is fast, attentive and personable. Their menu is pretty extensive which include Chinese, Thai and American dishes. Dining at Pho Saigon Is always an enjoyable experience.

We were craving something different, and we got what we were looking for. We ordered the Korean BBQ, and the Chow Mein Vegetable along with Mango Boba tea. I can't describe how good the food was, the portions are very large and the service is very courteous and friendly. I don't regret anything about our visit. It isn't very affordable,... More

If you want a totally different flavor because you're burnt out on guacamole & refried beans then this is the place. All the food (especially Pho) are great! The Thai iced tea is full of flavor also!

Heard good things so decided to try it. Food was just ok, way way over priced and menu was misleading. Restaurant was really hot and when we asked about a/c we were told it doesn't work when its this hot outside. Will be sticking with other Vietnamese food place in town.

Thank scorpionstorm
