We stopped in in our way to Philmont Scout Camp and we were pleasantly surprised by this link gem. They offer a delightful ice cream sundae and other ice cream treats. They are friendly, clean, and very reasonable. Be aware that after August they close at 7 pm so head in early or eat dinner there too! They offer a... More

I am a bit jaded on this review, on one hand I knew I was just eating a frozen patty on a mediocre hamburger. On the other hand, after you have eaten food from a package or that you add water to for 11 days, it was a pretty darn good burger. The Cree Mee was pretty busy, as is... More

Just off the 12 day trail hike. Went to town for a,solid meal. Many of the philmont staff recommended Cree Mee for the best burger in cimmaron. All 12 of us had some variant of the green chile cheeseburger (some double, some with bacon, etc) big hit for a bunch of tennessee scouts Everyone left full and happy. Friendly staff... More

We had a bus load of scouts order ahead of us so had to wait for a long time but that's probably common in Cimarron. We ordered the equivalent of Sonic blasts & the Heath candy wasn't fresh. My husband's butter brickle swirl cone was delicious and our son liked his Oreo CreeMee.

After 12 days of trail food the burger was absolutely fantastic! It is small so be prepared to wait and have patience.

This is a great place to take your crew when you are done your Trek at Philmont. - It is a short walk from where the bus drops you off in town (shuttle costs $5 / person for a round trip and is CASH only) - They offer burgers, fries, Tex-mex and ice cream - It is appropriate for Scout... More

The ice cream is soft serve - vanilla mixed with featured flavors. Tastes great and price is very reasonable. The service is less than friendly and it didn't appear to be very clean. The diner food is cafeteria-like and either fried or smothered in cheese.

Good place for lunch in Northern New Mexico. Burgers are quite good and inexpensive. Very laid back. Good place for a quick bite.

More than just ice cream, this friendly spot has a wide range of tasty offerings. The Enchilada lunch plate for $6.99 was great. I had mine with green chile sauce and it was delicious.

This is a great local hang-out...few tourists and the ambiance is well-worn, but the food is fine and the staff is friendly. My favorite dish is the chile tots, with both red and green chile ["Christmas" as we say in New Mexico] but the green chile cheeseburger is also good. Prices are very reasonable. My favorite place in Cimarron...and I... More
