Like a step back in time. You can imagine all the famous Colfax county cowboys sitting at the next table. The hotel is restored to the 1860's. Food is good and the drinks are cold. Nice patio courtyard. Worth the drive to get to Cimarron

Stopped in for a drink after dinner. Has been beautifully restored. Server was nice. Fun to watch the hunters celebrating!

The Saint James Hotel and restaurant is a must see stop in Cimarron, NM. It is like taking a step back in time and having the opportunity to see what it was like in the 1800's. The hotel is a very historic place.

Beautiful surroundings and great history. I personally did not enjoy the food. Did not order anything special, just cheeseburger and chips. Got fries instead of my chips and probably my fault for not saying well done on the burger. Personally don't like raw hamburger meat...More
