I was both a hotel guest and dined in the restaurant. First this hotel is a piece of New Mexico history. I stayed in the historical section of this hotel, notability the "Mary Lambert" room. It is tastefully decorated with antique furnishings. The second floor...More

Where do I start... First, none of this was the waitress' fault, although she was new. Srcond, we tried to order or food like WE like it cooked...medium rare to medium. Both the burger and the pork chop could not be cooked that way. Only...More

The hamburger was good with the fries. Strictly a western menu. The ambience of the Cimarron Hotel and Restaurant was a nice step back in time to the wild west. Enjoyed the experience.

We discovered this historic gem on our way to Taos. Even though it was Mother's Day we had excellent food and service. The atmosphere is definitely Old West: mounted "wild" animals, old pictures, and too many artifacts to take in duirng our meal. Can't imagine...More

Great food, surrounded by authentic old west ambiance, including bullet holes in the ceiling. They've added a lovely outside terrace for warm weather eating. We were there out of season, but there were very few guests. It is a hidden treasure.

Holy cow, this is the real deal. Authentic Old wild west bar and hotel. Imagine stopping for the night as you travel by stage coach on the Santa Fe trail.
